ROBOSQUARE is based in Holland (The Netherlands) and specializes in revitalizing robot parts from articulated industrial robots, (manipulators) and robotcontrollers
from leading manufacturers.
As a result we can offer:

electronics for control.
The robots that we receive on our worksite are tested to check electrical, electronic and mechanical functionality. The machine is fully disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Finally the mechanical robot parts are visually checked, oiled, reassembled and stored.

Prices Including VAT / Ex shipping
Prices displayed on our website are including VAT 21%, price for shipping is not included nd will be charged additionally to client. Primarily we ship within The Netherlands and to the member states of the European Union. See shipping region and costs Client will take care of , if and when, additional tax fees, custom duties or other domestic fees need to be payed.
Warranty

Our worksite is in The Netherlands.
Primarily we ship within The Netherlands and to the member states of the European Union, being:

Shipping costs within The Netherlands
0- 20kg €5,95.
20kg or more - Heavy objects- client arranges pickup at our location after payment has been finalized..
Shipping costs to Eurpean Union member states:
0-2 kg € 20,-
2-5 kg eur €30,-
5-10 kg eur €40,-
10-20 kg eur €50,-
20 kg or more - / heavy objects - After finalizing payment, client arranges pickup at location

When you have ordered the wrong product
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product for your application, or the item is not as you were expecting, we will accept returns.
Off course, shipment is at your own expense ánd returns need to be returned within 14 days after delivery of the product at your facilty/location.
The product that we receive as 'returned item' must be in the same condition as when you purchased and received it. In exceptional cases, we keep the right to charge up to 25% if the condition of the part or packaging has been changed. Needless to say, if the item is returned broken we keep the right to not refund at all.
